We collaborated with Innoquest to develop a dedicated web application that streamlines their laboratory and clinic operations. The platform centralises essential workflows including job assignment, clinic management, user administration, incident reporting, and test ID maintenance, allowing teams to work more efficiently across multiple sites. For administrators, the system offers clear visibility into job statuses, staff activities, and operational records, while clinics can easily manage doctors, submit requests, and monitor progress in real time. By integrating these capabilities into a unified system, the platform enhances coordination, reduces manual work, and strengthens overall operational efficiency.
