A job management feature enables drivers to accept, complete, or transfer tasks, while contractors can schedule pickups with ease. The push notification system ensures everyone stays updated with new tasks and job details instantly.
Additional features include a scheduling tool for assigning drivers by zones and an invoice module to simplify billing and reimbursements. By integrating these functions, the platform enhances communication, improves efficiency, and provides a seamless experience for all users.
Purpose & business goals
• The purpose of this project is to digitalize Cheng Hwa’s operational workflow by providing a unified platform for job scheduling, driver coordination, customer management, capacity tracking, and invoicing.
• The system improves daily operational efficiency by reducing manual paperwork, minimizing scheduling conflicts, and giving both drivers and administrators real-time visibility into job progress & workload distribution.
